Always very efficient

Absolutely waste register office, specially for citizenship Ceremony. No contact number and they just do not give information keep saying it does not work like that , rubbish services better go to any otherregister office avoid this if you want peace in your life.

Efficient registration of birth. Saw me at time of appointment. £4 per additional copy of birth certificate.

I have dealt with a number of consular services around the world and have always been disappointed by their lack of communication, and slow speed in getting anything done.My recent experience with the Belgian Consulate in Montreal was the complete opposite. In particular, Jean-Noel Rolland was exceptional in his helpfulness, and patience explaining all the details of the registration and passport application process and keeping me well informed of any changes and updates. His manner was always very friendly and I felt comfortable asking any questions or making clarifications. The Consulate worked quickly to register my son and send back his important documents to me.Thank you again Jean-Noel, for your professionalism!

Great experience for visa application. The consulate representative was professional and patient. A couple of errors on my application were fixed on the spot. Easy and fast

Went there twice for two different visa applications. Had great times for both visits. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The one staff I spoke to was somewhat polite but was blunt and did not leave any rooms for any questions and kept talking. The phone call was the briefest call ever as if the staff had better and other things to do. Not impressed at all and definitely gave me a bad taste, not sure I want my citizenship back. Good luck to those who call and hope your experience will be better.
